Pricing FAQ
How many credits does a search use?
Each commute analysis uses exactly 1 credit, regardless of the time window, date range, or interval settings you choose. You can analyze a single hour or an entire week for the same cost.
Do credits expire?
No, credits don't expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is inactive for more than 24 months, unused credits may be forfeited.
What if my search fails?
Credits are deducted when you submit a search. If a search fails due to invalid addresses or service errors, the credit has already been consumed. We recommend verifying your addresses are correct before running an analysis.
Can I get a refund?
Credit purchases are generally final and non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your credits, please contact our support team.
Do you offer bulk or enterprise pricing?
Yes! If you need large volumes of credits or want to discuss enterprise features, please contact us at walshf@oregonstate.edu
What payment methods do you accept?
